Check that the Frontline address is in your address book. This is particularly important if you are using an email address that is external to your authority, such as hotmail.

Put the frontline address in your address book. Check that the email addresses of your co-ordinator and your supervisor are also in your address book. This ensures that the mails from these addresses are not blocked.

Occasionally emails from the Frontline website can be blocked by free webmail services. If this happens the emails will not arrive despite putting the address in your address book. Should this happen the best way of solving the problem is to register a different email address with another free webmail service. Your supervisor can check and view all emails sent to you in the Email History section of the trainee details page.
